What kind of qualifications do our psychologists have?The psychologists at Potentialz Unlimited are all qualified and experienced professionals with a variety of specialisations. Dr Ganda has been practising for over 20 years and has a Masters and PhD in Clinical Psychology. Our psychologists are registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and are members of the Australian Psychological Society.

What are our opening hours?We're open Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm

What are the policies for cancellations and missed appointments?We understand that life can be busy and that you may need to reschedule your appointment from time to time. We do our best to be flexible, but please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full fee of the session as this time period is too short for us to offer your appointment slot to somebody else. To help you avoid incurring a late cancellation fee, you will receive a reminder. Please speak to reception if you have extenuating circumstances that led to a need to cancel your appointment within the notice window.

What are the confidentiality policies at Potentialz Unlimited?All information shared with a psychologist at Potentialz Unlimited is confidential. This means that the information will not be shared with anyone else without your consent.

What is the parking availability at Potentialz Unlimited?There is parking available at the practice.

Do I need a GP referral to see a specialist at Potentialz Unlimited?No, you do not need a GP referral to see the psychologist. However, a GP referral is recommended, as they need to raise a Mental Health Plan to enable medicare rebates. Also GPs are the central point for all healthcare interventions in Australia, and they should be aware of the issues you are experiencing for any other referrals.

Am I eligible for a Medicare rebate for my visit to Potentialz Unlimited?Yes, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for your visit to the practice. The amount of the rebate will depend on your referral and service received.

How can I access Potentialz Unlimited by public transport?The hospital is accessible by public transport. There are several bus stops located within walking distance to the practice. There is also a train station located nearby.

Is Potentialz Unlimited accessible for people with disabilities?Yes, Potentialz Unlimited is accessible for people with disabilities. There are ramps and elevators available to access the building in which the practice is located. There are also accessible toilets and parking spaces available.

If I am an NDIS client, am I eligible for funding to help cover the cost of my visit to Potentialz Unlimited?Yes, we can see self-managed or plan-managed NDIS clients. However, as we are not registered with NDIS, we can't see NDIS managed clients.

What other referrals do you accept besides GP Mental Health Care Plan?We accept referrals from: WentWest OpenArms Victim Services Lawyers WorkCover CTP Patients can also access our services without referrals, if they are willing to pay our full fees.
