How to request deletion of your Potentialz Unlimited account and personal data.
You can request deletion of your Potentialz Unlimited account and the personal data associated with it at any time, through any of the options below.
Open the Potentialz Unlimited app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account (where available), then confirm. Your account and associated app data will be queued for deletion.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Data" from the email address linked to your account, or include the name and email you registered with so we can verify your request.
If you have received clinical services, Australian health-record laws require us to retain clinical and health records for a minimum period (generally 7 years from last contact for adults, or until age 25 for records created when the client was a child). These records cannot be deleted before the end of the mandatory retention period. Where that applies, we will restrict access to those records and securely destroy them once the retention period expires. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once your request has been actioned.
