You can request deletion of your Potentialz Unlimited account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account (where available), then confirm.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete My Data" from the email linked to your account.
Clinical and health records subject to mandatory Australian retention periods cannot be deleted before those periods expire; access is restricted and they are securely destroyed afterwards. See our Privacy Policy.
