Castle Hill psychologist practice — welcoming space for adult and couples therapy

Psychology for Castle Hill adults, couples & families

Castle Hill is a big, established suburb — long commutes to the CBD, dual-income households, teenagers navigating academic pressure, and a lot of quiet mental-health load that rarely gets time on the calendar. Most of the clients we see from the 2154 postcode come in for adult anxiety, low mood, couples therapy, and adolescent support.

Our practice is 10 minutes south-west of Castle Hill, in the Norwest business park at Unit 608/8 Elizabeth Macarthur Drive. Straight down Old Northern Rd and along Norwest Boulevard — free on-site parking, and evening appointments most weekdays so you don't have to reshape your work day.

Led by Dr Gurprit Ganda (25+ years' experience) with a team whose specialties span anxiety, trauma, ADHD, couples and adolescent therapy.

Castle Hill psychology FAQs

Do you accept Medicare, WorkCover and NDIS?

Yes — with a GP Mental Health Care Plan, Medicare rebates apply to eligible sessions. We also accept WorkCover NSW and CTP referrals, and are a registered NDIS psychology provider (self- and plan-managed).

My teenager doesn't want to come — what do you suggest?

Parent-only sessions are a common first step — we can help you understand what's going on and how to open the conversation. When the young person is ready, we transition to individual sessions with a psychologist who works with teens.

How long is a couples counselling course?

Most couples come for 6–12 sessions initially. Some use it as a short reset; others continue longer, particularly after a breach of trust or when working through a complex issue. There's no lock-in — you and your partner set the pace.

Do you see clients who work in the CBD and want evening appointments?

Yes — evening slots run until 7pm Monday to Thursday, and Saturdays by arrangement. Telehealth is available for follow-ups once you've had an initial in-person session.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, free undercover parking is available at the building.
