Evidence-based therapy for Norwest professionals — workplace stress, executive burnout, adult ADHD, anxiety, and relationship counselling. Right inside the business park.
The Norwest Business Park is home to thousands of professionals — engineers, health workers, executives, consultants — and the mental-health load looks different from other suburbs. What we most often see from Norwest-based clients: burnout, chronic work anxiety, adult ADHD showing up as executive dysfunction, sleep disruption, and the strain that all of the above puts on relationships at home.
Our practice is inside the Norwest business park at Unit 608/8 Elizabeth Macarthur Drive — a short walk from Circa, the Norwest Metro station, and most of the major employers. That means you can book a lunchtime or early-morning appointment without a long drive.
Led by Dr Gurprit Ganda (25+ years' clinical and forensic psychology experience) with a team covering anxiety, trauma, couples, and adult neurodevelopmental assessment.
Our practice is at Unit 608/8 Elizabeth Macarthur Drive — inside the Norwest business park itself.
Free on-site parking, and we offer early-morning (from 7:30am some days) and evening (to 7pm) appointments so you don't have to lose a work block. Telehealth is available for follow-up sessions once you've had an initial in-person appointment.
We work with WorkCover NSW and CTP referrals directly. For EAP arrangements it depends on the provider — call us with your EAP details and we'll confirm before your first appointment.
Yes — early-morning slots and evening appointments to 7pm Monday to Thursday, plus Saturdays by arrangement, specifically so Norwest professionals don't need to take time off work.
Book an adult ADHD assessment — we'll take a clinical history, use validated diagnostic tools, and produce a full report you can share with a psychiatrist for medication review if appropriate.
EAP is a great short-term entry point, usually 3–6 sessions. For sustained burnout, chronic anxiety, or trauma work, most clients benefit from continuing with a Medicare-rebated Mental Health Care Plan.
Yes — psychology sessions are confidential. We only share information with your explicit written consent, with narrow exceptions defined by law (imminent risk of harm, subpoena).
Book online, or call — we'll match you with a psychologist whose specialty fits your situation.
