Yes. One $500 reward per successful hire — no cap on the number of hires.
Yes. We will issue a Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) if you provide ABN details. Otherwise treat it as other income on your return.
12 months from issue. Request a renewal any time by emailing [email protected].
Signed contractor agreement with Potentialz and billable client work commenced.
3 calendar months from the signing date, with an active caseload maintained during that period.
If we had already been in contact with the candidate about joining us before your referral, the reward may not apply. We will tell you up front.

Terms: Rewards paid at the sole discretion of Potentialz Unlimited. Current team members and contractors are not eligible. Taxes are the referrer's responsibility. One $500 reward per successful hire; no cap on the number of hires. Potentialz may decline a referral if the candidate was already in our pipeline — we will tell you up front if that applies. Reward is reviewed and paid within 30 days of the 3-month retention milestone being met. Referral codes are single-use and non-transferable. Potentialz reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program with 30 days' notice; registered referrers' pending referrals remain honoured under the terms in place at the time of registration.
